Self-hypnosis is often used to modify behaviour, emotions and attitudes. For instance, many people use self-hypnosis to help deal with the problems of everyday living. Self-hypnosis can boost confidence and even help people develop new skills. A great stress and anxiety reliever, it can also be used to help overcome bad habits such as smoking and overeating. Sports men and women can enhance their athletic performance with self-hypnosis, and people suffering from physical pain or stress-related illnesses also find it helpful.
Self-hypnosis requires four distinct steps.
- Motivation: Without proper motivation, an individual will find it very difficult to practice self-hypnosis
- Relaxation: The individual must be thoroughly relaxed and must set aside time to perform this act. Additionally, distractions should be eliminated as full attention is needed.
- Concentration: the individual needs to concentrate completely as progress is made each time the mind focuses on a single image.
- Directing: This is an option used only when the individual wants to work on a specific goal. The individual must direct their concentration on visualizing the desired result.

Self-Hypnosis 4-Week Program
This is a 4-week program in which you, in a deeply relaxed state, are helped to release negative feelings and to replace those feelings with healthier more positive ones.
Then, through direct hypnotic suggestion, your self-confidence is increased and strengthened. A posthypnotic cue is given, allowing you to relax deeply when you choose.
In the third session you are taught self-hypnosis which will enable you to program yourself for the next three to six months. This is necessary for the suggestions given in hypnosis to remain permanently in your mind.
This program will achieve dramatic results. It will help you build self-confidence, overcome fears, and overcome many other bad habits, such as, habitual smoking, excessive drinking, abuse of drugs, overeating nail biting, hypertension, sleeping disorders, etc.
Appointments are scheduled once a week for 4 consecutive weeks. Each session is a private session lasting one hour.
